When you use PhotoWala via WhatsApp, we collect:
- Your WhatsApp phone number
- Product images you send us (front and back photos of your clothing items)
- Your product category selection (men, women, kids)
- Payment information processed securely through Razorpay
We do not collect your name, address, or any personal identification information beyond your phone number.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Generate professional catalog images of your products using AI
- Deliver the generated images back to you via WhatsApp
- Process your payment securely via Razorpay
- Provide customer support if needed
Image Processing
Product images you send are processed by Google Gemini AI to generate catalog photos. Your images are used only for generating your requested catalog images and are not stored permanently on our servers after delivery.
We do not use your product images for training AI models or share them with any third parties for commercial purposes.
Third Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate PhotoWala:
- WhatsApp Business API (Meta) — for messaging
- Google Gemini AI — for image generation
- Razorpay — for payment processing
- Railway — for server hosting
Each of these services has their own privacy policies and data handling practices.
Data Retention
We retain your session data (phone number, product category, payment status) only for the duration of your active session. Once your catalog images are delivered, session data is cleared. We do not maintain a permanent database of customer information.

- API keys and credentials are stored securely and never exposed
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay — we never see your payment details
